Rainforest Botanicals has pioneered the way in plant exploration, identification, and validating research of rainforest botanicals since early 1991. Rainforest Botanicals was among the first to introduce Uña de Gato (Cat’s claw), Maca, Sangre de Drago, and Purple Corn extract, a standardized antioxidant with powerful phytochemical groups including phenolic compounds, proanthocyanidins, and anthocyanins. Dr. Mellilo is a world renowned chiropractic neurologist, professor, and researcher who is the creator of the Brain Balance Centers. Since 1994, his centers have helped thousands of children who have disorders such as Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD, dyslexia, Touretts Syndrome, and other related disorders. According to Dr. Mellilo, these problems are now considered a public health emergency. He says the problem lies in a failure of both sides of the brain to smoothly communicate with each other–and that his approach can strengthen areas of the brain that are weakest. He lays out his method in a new book, DISCONNECTED KIDS: The Groundbreaking Brain Balance Program for Children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Other Neurological Disorders. The book includes evaluation techniques that parents can do at home with their children to help determine the kind of brain imbalance that effects their child, as well as safe effective exercises, along with nutrition, vitamin support, and other factors that help bring the brain back into balance. Dr. Mellilo has established many centers around the country where these special tests and evaluations, as well as brain balancing interventions, are used to help kids regain a happy and balanced life. www.brainbalancecenters.com
